The point-of-care solution features military-grade detector durability, hot-swappable batteries, and advanced noise-elimination software to support home healthcare and mobile imaging.

Rayence announced the launch of Anywhere-M, an integrated portable X-ray diagnostic solution designed to provide imaging for patients outside of traditional hospital settings.

The system is designed as an all-in-one workflow that combines a portable X-ray generator, a high-resolution digital detector, and dedicated imaging software into a single platform, the release states. The Anywhere-M utilizes the Xmaru Pro platform.

The solution features the proprietary Smart High-resolution Image Noise Elimination algorithm, which improves the signal-to-noise ratio of low-dose X-ray images, according to Rayence. This software allows clinicians to obtain high-quality images of the chest, skull, and extremities while minimizing radiation exposure.

Durability and Field Performance

To support use in emergency and field environments, the wireless digital detector passed a 1.2-meter drop test in accordance with US military standards, the company says. The hardware includes hot-swappable batteries, an anti-slip bumper, and a patient load capacity of 140 kg.

The portable generator is equipped with a battery capable of providing 493 exposures on a single charge, according to the release. It also features a dual laser positioning system and an LED collimator to help operators visualize the exposure field in low-visibility conditions.
