The importance of these tools is often down played in technical training offerings, but these are the tools used to identify the sources of image artifacts and interference. It may be digital equipment but it’s an analog world.
This foundation would allow you to receive the maximum value from the training that you would receive from training facilities. One source for training would be training centers run by the manufacturers. Free training is sometimes offered to facilities for purchasing equipment or services. Some private and public colleges have begun to offer ultrasound related training in their catalogs, usually as part of a larger clinical engineering offering.
