The American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE) has extended the deadline for its Body of Knowledge survey through October 31. The survey is intended to collect information about the scope of practice and knowledge for clinical engineers during their day-to-day work. The results will be used to design the Certification in Clinical Engineering (CCE) exam and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

According to ACCE, feedback from the clinical engineering community is essential to ensure that the content of the CCE exam accurately reflects how the clinical engineering profession is practiced today. The information will be compiled and analyzed by the United States and Canadian Board of Examiners for Certification in Clinical Engineering.

The survey is available for completion on the ACCE website.
