I have one Voluson 730 that has a problem as follows: When I turn the unit on it causes damage in the CPE80.P5 motherboard extension, part number KTZ195902. What could be the problem? –

The CPE80 is the motherboard extension on a BT03 Voluson and there are two fuses on the board that you are probably blowing. These are for the disk drive module or GEM box (contains the MO and CD/DVD drives) located on the shelf in the front of the system. You can disconnect the power cable to the GEM box to verify.
