An upcoming webinar from AAMI University aims to help attendees build more successful departments by developing better customer service relationships with individuals inside and outside their facilities. Taught by Abbe Meehan, president of the TEC Resource Center, “Managing Internal and External Customer Relationships” will take place April 28, from 1 pm to 2 pm EST.

According to the event description, “internal customer service occurs every time you or a colleague requires information or a service from someone else within the organization.” In addition, “the quality of that service often has a huge impact on the overall quality of service delivered to external customers or patients.”

Following completion of the program, attendees should be able to identify their internal customers; analyze interdependencies with their colleagues; and describe the key principles of customer service.
