The bay area chapter of the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA) will hold 2013 chapter officer elections and its holiday party on December 8.

The chapter seeks votes for its 2013 officers: Jose Sabas for president, Dan Dublin for VP, Beth Morrison for secretary, Larry Carr for treasurer, and Fred Yoffe for state board member.

Cast your vote and join the party at 8 pm at Barone’s Restaurant in Pleasanton, Calif. The cost of $25 per person includes dinner. It also represents an opportunity for members to network with each other and renew their CMIA membership for 2013—students pay $15 and individuals pay $25.

Coming January 10 through 13 is the CMIA annual conference, which includes corporate members exhibits, educational offerings, a golf outing, and an awards dinner.

Scheduled for the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento, the hotel offers special room rates for CMIA.
