I have a Voluson 730 Expert BT 05 ultrasound machine and would like to perform a hard drive defragmentation in order to enhance system performance. When I try to access the C drive I am getting an error message that access is denied. Thank you for your help! –

Defragmenting the HDD might help, but your best bet would be installing software on a new hard drive altogether. If you have a software disk (DVD) and a recent backup you can install fresh software, which will improve system performance. We do not recommend the default disk defragment utility included with the system.
