Calibration service in a critical environment is the cornerstone of the May Colorado Association of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (CABMET) meeting Thursday, May 17.
The overview of calibration fundamentals will be held at St Joseph Hospital in Denver and will focus on proper practices and methods, traceability, determining specifications, and auditing. Attendees will learn about the basics of a calibration system, the traceability chain, industry accepted calibration methods and laboratory practices, and vendor auditing techniques.
