Novation has awarded a 36-month contract to Nonin Medical Inc for its pulse oximeters and sensors. Novation is the largest health care supply contracting company in the US. Under the agreement, the more than 65,000 member and affiliate organizations served by Novation will be able to purchase Nonin’s Onyx Vantage 9590 professional fingertip pulse oximeter, PalmSAT 2500 handheld pulse oximeter, and Wrist-Ox2™ 3150 wrist-worn pulse oximeter, and sensors, at discounted prices.
With more than 1.5 million oximeters sold, Nonin’s PureSAT pulse oximetry technology helps clinicians make patient care decisions even in challenging conditions like motion and dark skin pigmentation. Nonin oximeters are made in the US, and customer and technical service is available at the company’s global headquarters in Plymouth, Minn.
