The upcoming annual conference of the Clinical Engineering Association of Illinois (CEAI) will feature several noted members of the healthcare technology management community. Included among the slate of speakers for the August 20-21 event in Oak Brook, Ill, are George Mills of The Joint Commission, Binseng Wang of Aramark CTS, and Pat Lynch of GMI.
Topics to be covered at the event include equipment networking, the basics of CT service, securing medical devices, reliability-centered maintenance, and ESU testing. The event includes two certificate programs conducted by Microscopy USA and CareFusion respectively. The lunchtime keynote presentation from a representative of GE Healthcare will review current trends in healthcare. A vendor exhibit will be held on the afternoon of August 21.
