Boca Raton, Fla.-based imaging equipment services company 626 Holdings, LLC, announces the appointments of Dale Hockel, Jr. as chief operating officer (COO) and Cary Lucian as chief commercial officer (CCO) .

626 CEO spoke out about the appointments, commenting:  “At each inflection point of our business, we have added key players to help us level up. And at this point in our corporate lifecycle, it is especially important to add people whose experiences are different than our own, but who fit our culture If we want to grow even faster and acquire even more compatible organizations, we need additional leadership muscle. I am confident we have added two solid executives in Dale Hockel, Jr. as our COO and Cary Lucian as our CCO.”

Hockel, Jr. most recently served as COO of the Dental Care Alliance. Prior to that role, he worked in the healthcare technology management (HTM) space as COO of Alliance HealthCare (now part of Akumin) and senior vice president of operations at TRIMEDX.

He says he’s excited to get back to his HTM roots. “I am thrilled to be joining Phil and the 626 team to be part of one of the largest imaging service organizations in healthcare. The entire team at 626 is laser focused on ensuring the customer is taken care of. It is great be part of a team that is dedicated to taking care of employees and the customers they serve,” Hockel, Jr. says.

Moreover, Lucian brings to 626 more than 30 years of experience in medical imaging sales, service, operations, business development, and management. He spent 19 years at GE Healthcare, serving in a variety of leadership roles. After GE, Lucian joined Multi-Vendor ISO, Radiographic Equipment Services (RES) as a principal and grew the business until it was purchased by Agiliti. At Agiliti, he served as national senior vice president for imaging and business development.

Lucian believes this experience will serve him well at 626. “The market opportunity for 626 is now,” he says. “Healthcare organizations continue to face financial challenges and we are poised to deliver a high-value, high-quality service to our customers.
