GE Healthcare announces four new customizable point-of-care service plans for customers using GE anesthesia products and solutions.
The four new point-of-care agreements are: RapidCare, ConnectCare, AdvanceCare, and ValueCare. Each plan revolves around a set of specific customer priorities, such as predictable costs or prompt service. The AdvanceCare plan, for example, includes automatic technology upgrades, next-day repair and critical parts, loaner equipment, and technical support.
Customers can also select additional features to compliment their plan, such as on-site training, software upgrades, and environmental testing.
The agreements also include offerings tailored to hospital professionals who repair and maintain equipment in-house, such as on-site repair parts kits and subscription to on-going technical documentation.
