GE Healthcare showcased its Lunar Prodigy® Primo, a new performance bone mineral density system designed to help doctors detect and diagnose osteoporosis, at the 54th Annual Clinical Meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in Washington, DC last week. The Primo system is built on the foundation of the Lunar Prodigy and offers the same Prodigy series direct digital technology, precision, and accuracy, but in a redesigned and streamlined package. At the heart of the Primo is the enCORExpress and OneScan easy operation technique. The enCORExpress user-interface is icon driven with streamlined choices, allowing for an easier decision making process.
