DirectMed Imaging, a supplier of aftermarket medical imaging parts, systems, and training, announced that Technical Prospects, the company it acquired in August 2023, will now be brought under the DirectMed Imaging name.
By unifying the two companies, DirectMed aims to provide customers with a single contact for all GE, Siemens, and Philips parts, expanded technical expertise, more parts and inventory locations, as well as better training and support.
“After months of integration work, we can now become one team, operating under DirectMed Imaging as one brand, and working for the same company,” says Brad de Koning, DirectMed Imaging CEO. “As one team we will work daily to fulfill our vision of becoming the most trusted resource in aftermarket diagnostic imaging equipment.”
In November 2023, the company unveiled a new brand platform including a new logo, visual identity, and inspiring brand concept, Comprehensive Made Simple. The rebrand aimed to better communicate the company’s expansive and growing capabilities. DirectMed Imaging’s subsidiaries, LBN Medical and ScanMed, have also updated company logos and branding to match its new brand identity.

With both companies formally working as one team, we can deliver our clients a more powerful resource to meet their critical timelines.”
