ARAMARK Healthcare has acquired clinical technology management and medical equipment maintenance company Masterplan. With this acquisition, ARAMARK Healthcare expands its capabilities into high-end imaging equipment and common infusion pumps, among other areas.
Masterplan, brings more than 400 employees who serve more than 230 hospitals and manage more than 300,000 pieces of medical equipment in the US.
ARAMARK Healthcare also acquired parts and refurbished medical equipment parts provider ReMedPar, as well as MESA, a provider of integrated repair and maintenance services to hospitals in 12 European countries.
These acquisitions allow ARAMARK Healthcare to have a wider geographic presence in additional to adding new capabilities to the company’s portfolio.
