Linc Facility Services LLC, Washington, DC, a business-to-business productivity partner specializing in technology and high-value facility services, has acquired Morse Medical Inc, Bellevue, Wash, an independent clinical technology maintenance and management service organization.
Morse’s 10 service centers provide biomedical services to small and medium-sized hospitals in the Puget Sound, and the company is a compliance leader for Washington state regulations and the JC Environment of Care Standards. Morse’s complementary operations will enhance the offerings from Linc’s existing Technology in Medicine health care services provider, and expand the range of medical equipment services offered to medical facilities.
Morse will merge into Technology in Medicine, but will retain its name.
