The ECRI Institute, Plymouth Meeting, Pa, plans a Web conference Aug 13 to discuss dialysis-related risks and offer best-safety practices to improve patient safety in dialysis units—where potential for procedural errors and human-factor hazards is rife.
The program, titled Dialysis Safety: Critical Measures for Success, will be presented from 1 pm to 2:30 pm EDT.
Expert speakers from ECRI and top hospitals will discuss:
