Unotron Inc has launched its IP66 and NEMA4X certified washable, wireless computer keyboards. Featuring Unotron’s SpillSeal® patented technology to safeguard against the risk of infection and cross-contamination, this innovation allows for complete up-and-down finger motion that mirrors natural typing, endures repeated disinfecting, and it eliminates the need to frequently replace keyboards.

“With Unotron, PC users can enjoy the convenience of wireless, the safety of waterproof infection-control SpillSeal® technology, and the superior design of a full-travel keyboard assembly that minimizes user errors,” said Joseph H. Carabello, director of Unotron Inc, international manufacturers and marketers of washable data input and security devices. “Spray or wipe down our wireless keyboard with disinfectants or fully submerse it in water or hospital-grade cleaning solutions, and the user still maintains the touch-and-feel of a traditional keyboard for optimal typing ease and performance.”

SpillSeal® protected, Unotron’s washable wireless computer keyboards are compatible with all PCs, including desktops, laptops, workstations and servers, as well as all health care and dental carts and platforms. They carry a full warranty, as well as global supply and support, and do not require installation of additional software.

Unotron’s washable wireless computer keyboards are USB (2.4 GHx) wireless units with PS/2 adapters, featuring sealed dome key assembly, standard 104 key layout with 15 multi-media and Internet hot-keys, as well as a detachable wrist support. They are resistant to water (including strong water pressure), dust, debris, sand, and ice formations. Unotron’s washable, wireless computer keyboards require 2 AA batteries, which are included. The units are compatible with Windows® 95/98/Me/2000/XP.
