OSI Systems’ healthcare division will deliver monitoring systems, supplies, and accessories as part of a broader infrastructure modernization effort.


OSI Systems Inc announced that its healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare, is expanding its footprint with an existing US-based customer under an agreement to provide approximately $4 million of patient monitoring solutions and related supplies and accessories to the hospital.

The agreement, which was facilitated in conjunction with a strategic partner, is part of Spacelabs’ mission to foster relationships with hospitals and health systems and help providers care for their patients through near-term and long-term projects, according to a release from the company.

“We are committed to assisting organizations in modernizing their infrastructure and elevating their patient care,” says Ajay Mehra, OSI Systems president and CEO, in a release. “Healthcare organizations are being asked to do more with less, and we believe that technology can be instrumental in ensuring patients receive the care they need.”

As part of its mission, Spacelabs develops services and technologies that are personalized and tailored to support the needs of healthcare providers anywhere in the world.
