Summit Healthcare’s Express Connect (EC) interface has been certified for Meaningful Use Stage 2 under the Drummond Group’s Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program, Summit announced on October 28. The certification was awarded September 26 under the Electronic Health Record Modules (Ambulatory and Inpatient).
Summit EC allows its users to integrate and access real-time electronic health records (EHR) from a variety of primary and third party healthcare providers. The tool received Stage 1 certification last year.
