Salt Creek Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, has acquired Ultra Solutions. Ultra Solutions, Ontario, Calif, sells pre-owned and refurbished ultrasound equipment.
Ultra Solutions’ incoming president and CEO, Dan Mytels, said the company will be aided by Salt Creek Capital’s history of growing profitable companies. Founded in 2001, Ultra Solutions operates in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, doing business with hospitals, imaging centers, physician practices, and wholesale distributors.
