Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc has introduced the Vantage Titan 3T/intelligent Solution (iS) Edition MR system, which includes patient-friendly upgrades intended to improve image quality and throughput while providing more coverage and a better exam experience.
According to Toshiba, these new technologies increase efficiency and productivity and add to the Vantage Titan 3T’s suite of applications. The enhancements include the Saturn Gradient, which is a new gradient design to increase performance and image stability for maximum image quality; a dedicated 16-Channel Tx/Rx Knee Speeder Coil created for high-quality images with easy set-up for streamlined workflow; a new Atlas Speeder Head/Neck Coil designed for optimal imaging of the head and neck with improved patient comfort; and new Automatic Alignment Tools in EasyTech, SUREVOI Cardiac, NeuroLine+, and SpineLine intended to help reduce exam times and provide more consistent results by automating the alignment and location of anatomy.
