Alpha Source Inc, a Wisconsin-based medical repair parts distributor and battery-pack manufacturer, recently hosted its third annual cleanup of Calumet Road and the area surrounding the Calumet Woods Business Park. The event, known as Project Calumet, was held in honor of Earth Day on Friday, April 20th, 2012.
Last year’s cleanup brought over 30 volunteers including Alpha Source employees, employees from other businesses of the Calumet Woods Business Park Association, and local high school students.
Alpha Source invited its business neighbors to take part in Project Calumet. Visual Impressions and Douglas Dynamics LLC are among the local companies provided volunteers for Project Calumet.
