Lately, we had a call for a Philips iU22 unit. During operation, the display will go black and a floating message saying, "Going into Sleep Mode" will be displayed. Then the system shuts off and needs to be restarted. And it only happens intermittently. Need some advice. Thanks. –

This is a complicated issue. If the system is an A or B hardware revision, it may be that the standby batteries are low, the platform power supply may be failing, or the AVIO-RIP could be failing. If the system is a higher revision, make sure the standby feature is disabled.
