The market research firm MD Buyline has awarded Carestream Health the top rating for portable and room-based digital x-ray systems in its third-quarter 2015 Market Intelligence Briefing—the company’s third win in these categories this year. The firm surveys healthcare providers to aggregate user satisfaction ratings in the following categories: system performance, reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, service response time, and service repair quality.
Carestream’s DRX Revolution mobile x-ray system and its DRX Evolution and DRX Ascend systems received high ratings from providers for performance, reliability, installation, and service quality. The DRX-Revolution was the highest rated portable system. The company also earned the highest rating in the digital radiography room category.
