On November 14, 2013, at noon Eastern time, AAMI will hold a free online demonstration of a benchmarking program for sterile processing. The program is designed to help sterile processing departments compare their sterilization practices, financial and personnel needs, and operational policies with departments at other facilities.
After launching the program 2 years ago, AAMI joined forces with the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management to strengthen the program and offer it to even more subscribers, who will in turn share more benchmarking data.
The program features more than 130 benchmarking and best practice measurements. Discounts are available to members of either sponsoring organization. Registration for the online demonstration may be accomplished online.
