Wisconsin-based Alpha Source Inc. has donated defibrillator equipment parts valued at more than $320,000 to SE Medical Systems, a biomedical service organization that supports medical missions around the world. The parts will be used during SE Medical Systems’ mission trips and will also be assembled into ready-for-use defibrillator kits for other organizations. “Our goal is to serve as a repair depot for defibrillators for organizations doing mission work. The parts donated by Alpha Source will allow us to put together defibrillator rebuild kits that can be sent to any organization looking to service defibrillators for their missions. Alpha Source’s donation will help tremendously in our effort to provide needed medical care in places that otherwise would not receive the attention required,” said Dave Wayne, CEO of SE Medical Systems.
