Sanner Group, a global healthcare packaging and medical device contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), has acquired Gilero, a medical device design, development, and contract manufacturer based in Durham, North Carolina.

The acquisition of Gilero strengthens Sanner’s position as a provider of end-to-end services across drug delivery, diagnostics, and medical technology sectors. Gilero’s capabilities in design, development, assembly, packaging, and contract manufacturing will expand Sanner’s offerings, providing a more streamlined and integrated service for customers. With facilities in the U.S., Mexico, and Ireland, Gilero’s team of engineers will broaden Sanner’s reach across both sides of the Atlantic.
