The investment aims to support healthcare technology infrastructure and clinical capacity across more than 1,600 hospitals through the PartsSource platform.
Memorial Hermann Health System has made a strategic investment in PartsSource, a provider of technology and enterprise software for managing healthcare equipment.
PartsSource provides an enterprise technology platform that unifies parts, service, contracts, asset intelligence, and workforce capacity into a single operating system for healthcare technology management. The platform is powered by 25 years of data and currently services more than 15,000 clinical sites across the US, according to a release from PartsSource.
“As healthcare organizations look to lower cost of service, unlock clinical capacity and find new revenue within their existing walls, a unified, evidence-based and data-driven approach to asset management becomes essential,” says Philip Settimi, MD, MSE, president and CEO of PartsSource, in a release. Settimi says Memorial Hermann Health System joins 150 other health systems using a model that “transforms how mission-critical assets are managed, shifting from reactive maintenance to proactive, data-driven lifecycle optimization that supports both financial sustainability and clinical excellence.”
Operational and Clinical Outcomes
PartsSource says the platform provides real-time visibility into asset performance, predictive signals to anticipate failure risk, and insights intended to reduce repair time and lower service costs. For clinical engineering teams, PartsSource is designed to drive faster parts sourcing, higher first-time fix rates, and standardized workflows. For executives, the system acts as a command center to translate asset performance into financial and operational outcomes.

Memorial Hermann Health System is a non-profit health system with 6,600 affiliated physicians and more than 35,000 employees. The system operates 18 hospitals and more than 280 care delivery sites throughout the Greater Houston area.
According to Settimi, the investment reflects a growing industry consensus that operational excellence in technology infrastructure is foundational to delivering sustainable care.
