The partnership aims to expand equipment distribution and biomedical repair services across the national healthcare market.
BPOC, a healthcare-focused private investment firm, announced strategic investments in Master Medical Equipment (MME) and ReNew Biomedical, sister companies providing medical equipment solutions and services to the pre-hospital and post-acute markets.
Based in Jackson, Tennessee, MME specializes in the distribution of new and refurbished medical equipment, including defibrillators and infusion pumps. ReNew Biomedical provides biomedical repair and maintenance services. The companies operate a national sales and distribution network with additional service locations in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Mark Taylor, the founder and CEO of both companies, will continue to lead the businesses following the investment.

MME was founded in 2011, followed by the establishment of ReNew Biomedical in 2014. Together, the entities provide capital equipment, related accessories, disposables, and preventative maintenance services to emergency medical services and other healthcare sectors.
BPOC is a Chicago-based private equity firm that has raised seven funds with total capital commitments of approximately $2.5 billion. The firm focuses on middle-market healthcare businesses, including those in manufacturing, distribution, and information technology.
Financial advisory for the transaction was provided by Stout, with Holland & Knight LLP and Paul Hastings LLP serving as legal counsel. BMO provided debt financing for the deal.
