Industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp has extended the power ratings for the Eaton 9395 uninterruptible power system (UPS) to 1100 kVA, and will introduce its new 9395 system bypass module (SBM).
The new SBM makes it possible to parallel up to 32 non-identical power modules of the 9395 UPS. Previously, it was only possible to parallel four to six UPSs with similar kVA ratings.
The SBM’s customizable cabinet features a large LCD touch screen to display system and UPS status and easily control system operation. The cabinet provides users with quick access to key information such as battery runtime remaining, event and alarm history, and system metering.
