Salem, Va-based First Call Parts Inc. revealed that it received International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification for the breakdown of diagnostic imaging systems and repair, refurbishment, and testing of the imaging systems parts last week. Certification to ISO 9001:2015 signifies that First Call Parts has a quality management system that has been audited by a third party and deemed to be effective and able to consistently provide a product that meets all requirements of interested parties, according to company officials.

In a statement, company officials say such certification “should provide customers with confidence that First Call Parts can provide repaired, refurbished, and tested imaging system parts that will meet their needs and expectations.” Certification symbolizes commitment to not only continual improvement, but to customer satisfaction as well, they add.

First Call Parts’ quality policy reads: “To consistently provide superior customer service that provides value and satisfaction and deliver top quality products that rival OEM replacement parts.
