Paul Musselman has been appointed executive VP of strategy and corporate development of Misys PLC, a global software and solutions company.
Before joining Misys, Musselman worked at IBM for 6 years, where he was most recently VP in the global services organization with global responsibility for complex commercial transactions and partnerships. He led IBM’s corporate development team for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from the Paris office.
Misys said in a statement that Musselman will be valuable as the company continues to build and position itself around high-growth market segments.
