Aurora, Ohio-based PartsSource announces that it now offers a ISO 13485-certified ultrasound probe exchange at a flat-rate price. According to company officials, the new program simplifies probe repair via a single, automated online platform to order, track, package and exchange, while maximizing quality through a comprehensive 20-point visual and functional inspection.
“I don’t have to make any phone calls getting different [purchase orders] for different vendors. I just go to the PartsSource website,” says PartsSource PRO customer Gene Alveshire, CRES, an ultrasound engineer at Lexington Medical Center in South Carolina. “The prices are good and we always get documentation about the repairs, and that’s important to us.”
