The Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) and the Service Support Professionals Association (SSPA) have named Axeda, Foxboro, Mass, a Recognized Innovator finalist.
The company was honored for developing service programs that identify, diagnose, and repair product performance issues remotely—reducing the need to roll trucks, which helps to minimize environmental impact.
Axeda’s remote service program ServiceLink supports a wide range of devices in hospitals, labs, and other mission-critical environments. It has reduced its customers’ field service visits by as much as 20%.
Axeda was honored at the Winning Service Strategies in a Shifting Global Economy Conference in Las Vegas.
