I have a GE Logiq 9. The keyboard keys have to be pushed several times before they respond. Do I need to replace the keyboard portion of the unit or could there be a simpler remedy?

This may well be a software related problem. Reloading your software may well resolve the issue. Before attempting this however, be sure you have a good back up and have a hard copy of important settings and numbers, network setup, and options codes, as an example.

Running the indigenous keyboard test will check the existing keyboard itself. It is located on the internal GEMS service home page under the diagnostics icon in the PC diagnostics interactive tests menu.
