A day-long session, held in Chicago on August 23, will provide the “Nuts and Bolts” needed to understand the Joint Commission’s Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) certification option and Ambulatory Care Accreditation. For both centers seeking initial accreditation and reaccreditation, the session will cover challenging standards, compliance strategies and examples, and more.
At the end of this educational program participants will be able to understand the continuous ambulatory care accreditation process of The Joint Commission and BPHC’s Accreditation Initiative, describe the benefits of becoming and maintaining accreditation, and use strategies and examples for preparing for accreditation. For more information, visit The Joint Commission website.
