The company’s new positioning focuses on the integration of clinical engineering, cybersecurity, and data insights.
Trimedx introduced a new brand identity intended to align with its current presence in the healthcare technology management market. The update aims to clarify how the company integrates services, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and clinical asset data to assist healthcare organizations with operational efficiency.
Over several years, the company has increased its scale and technology investments, building a clinical asset dataset that includes more than 7.4 million device records and visibility into 90-95% of active US medical equipment. This data foundation supports TMX, the company’s technology platform for performance intelligence. These tools are designed to help health systems maintain, optimize, protect, and locate clinical assets through a connected platform, according to a press release from the company.
“This evolution reflects the company Trimedx has already become,” says Trimedx CEO Neil de Crescenzo in a release. “As healthcare organizations face increasing operational complexity, they need partners who can help them unlock more value from their clinical assets through a combination of deep expertise, intelligent technology, and a clear focus on performance. Our updated brand better communicates that broader story to the market.”
Healthcare organizations currently face pressure to improve operational performance, increase cybersecurity, and make informed capital decisions. The updated brand is intended to communicate how the company supports these needs through a combination of clinical engineering, asset management, and cybersecurity services.
“This is about making it easier for clients, partners, and the broader market to understand the full value Trimedx delivers today,” says chief commercial officer Ted Dunham in a release. “We are building on a strong foundation and expressing our capabilities in a way that better matches the needs of modern healthcare organizations.”
The company states that the changes do not alter the foundation of the business, as clinical engineering and cybersecurity remain core services. The new brand architecture is meant to provide clarity regarding the scope of the company’s technology and services.
