CAIRE Inc, a manufacturer of oxygen equipment, announced the addition of Accurate Biomed Services to its CAIRE Authorized Service Network in the United States.
A long-time customer of CAIRE, Accurate Biomed is an independent service provider for respiratory and biomedical equipment, including portable and stationary oxygen concentrators, portable ventilators, in-home fill systems, CPAP and BiPAP machines, sleep apnea monitors, and enteral and infusion pumps.
“For more than 20 years, the Accurate Biomed organization has shown itself to be dedicated to quality and providing excellence in service to CAIRE’s customers and our industry peers,” says Lanier Hogan, CAIRE global parts and service manager, in a release. “Because of this, they are an excellent partner and will expand our reach in providing services to our medical equipment providers and patients who depend on CAIRE devices for their oxygen therapy.”
Hogan says that Accurate Biomed will support CAIRE customers with in-warranty repairs, including the FreeStyle Comfort portable oxygen concentrator, CAIRE’s premier oxygen therapy portable, and the company’s complete stationary oxygen concentrator line of products.
Expanding Service Capabilities Across the US
Accurate Biomed has four locations—its headquarters in Ocala, Fla—and three regional service centers in Bethany, Mo; New Castile, Ind; and Brockton, Mass—and boasts nearly 50,000 square feet of production space.
Managing partner Kyle Williams joined Accurate Biomed in 2012 as a production technician. He later worked his way up into leadership, organically expanding the company’s growth trajectory and coverage area to 21 states.
“Early on, I could see the integral part our business plays in getting repaired equipment back into the hands of our providers and the patients who depend on it to enhance their quality of life,” he says in a release. “That’s why we strive to keep a low turnaround time for repairs, aiming for less than 14 calendar days for returning equipment.”
Accurate Biomed offers weekly and bi-weekly pickup and delivery routes in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Accurate Biomed joins Quality Biomedical, Repair Authority, and Oxygen Sales & Service Inc in providing support for CAIRE equipment as part of the Authorized Service Center network in the United States. These sites complement CAIRE’s new Global Service Headquarters in Canton, Ga, and its satellite facility at the AirSep Corporation manufacturing site in Buffalo, NY.
