Organizations interested in pursuing Joint Commission accreditation status and individuals responsible for directing, coordinating, or implementing Joint Commission hospital accreditation standards can attend the Hospital Accreditation Essentials class March 11 and 12.
Risk managers, survey coordinators, hospital managers, quality improvement directors, and safety directors can attend the class in Las Vegas, which will cover several changes that will require implementation in 2013. The revamped program will focus on these changes, including the new identified risk areas now indicated in the manual with the “R” icon.
