Medical Specialties Distributors LLC (MSD), Stoughton, Mass, a supplier of biomedical equipment rentals and services, has launched its latest equipment management software, OneTrack.
Replacing its legacy tracking system, MULTI track plus, OneTrack offers an online, real-time electronic equipment management system that records the location, movement, and maintenance status of any medical device.
Currently tracking more than 50,000 devices, MSD’s OneTrack features:
- Bar code scanning for accuracy and easy in-house cycle counts;
- Simple and effective accessory tracking;
- User activity and compliance reporting;
- Optional RFID expansion program; and
- Risk factor mitigation including inspection and maintenance strategies, monitoring and acting on equipment hazard notices and recalls, and performance and safety testing documentation.
