The upcoming conference of the Biomedical Associations of Wisconsin (BAW) will headlined by Al Gresch of Alpha Source in a keynote address titled “Healthcare Needs HTM Expertise Now More Than Ever. Can We Deliver?” The BAW’s 31st annual conference and vendor show will take place on September 22–26, 2014 at the Milwaukee Airport Crowne Plaza.
Other speakers and topics at the event include Matt Dummert of Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin on imaging technology management and Karen Waninger of Community Health Network on CMS rules on diagnostic imaging and Joint Commission expectations on alarm management. Steve Vickland of GE Healthcare will lead a two-part session on networking, and Greg Alkire of Pronk Technologies will cover NIBP fundamentals and IV pump servicing in two sequential sessions.
A vendor show will be held on Thursday, September 25, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
