Broken Arrow, Okla.-based Integrity Biomedical Services announces that it has received International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification. Such certification highlights the company’s commitment to its quality management system (QMS), according to Integrity Biomedical Services officials.
“We are grateful to offer our continued customers and future customers the commitment to accountability quality,” says Integrity Biomedical Services Owner Michele Shahbandeh.
“The key processes, procedures, and warranty/on-time completion percentages are a factor in our everyday work environment,” she says. After all, Shahbandeh adds, company management must play a dedicated role in achieving ISO certification.
And certification, Shahbandeh says, goes a long way in attracting customers to the second-source medical supply and repair company, she reveals. “Integrity Biomedical Services will provide the highest-quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, as well as any applicable requirements,” Shahbandeh says. “We will achieve this goal by continually improving through our QMS.”
