McKesson Managed Services, BD Diagnostics, CareFusion, and Roche Diagnostics were among the 45 companies globally to be honored last week with a 2013 Confirmit ACE Award. The award for Achievement in Customer Excellence is given annually by CRM software provider Confirmit to companies “that demonstrate the outstanding use of feedback to increase satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance revenue growth.”
Several of the companies honored were repeat winners. CareFusion has won the award five times, while McKesson and Roche Diagnostics are both three-time winners.
