The new AI-powered agent allows users to ask questions and receive answers drawn directly from CMMS data.
FSI is partnering with Enstoa to launch an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant within its Analytics module, Analytics AI+, designed to make accessing CMMS data faster, easier, and more intuitive.
Analytics AI+ allows facilities and healthcare technology management (HTM) teams to ask questions in plain language and receive instant answers based on real CMMS data. Whether it’s work orders, asset history, or location-specific insights, the AI assistant reduces the need to sift through reports or write complex queries.
“We built Analytics AI+ to simplify data access for the people closest to hospital operations,” says Zachary Seely, CEO at FSI, in a release. “Healthcare facilities and HTM teams have to perform critical responsibilities every day; this AI assistant helps them find answers quickly, without sifting through the data and spending unnecessary time on queries that can be instantly generated.”
For example, users can ask:
- “Which locations have the most overdue work orders?”
- “What are the top 10 asset categories by total count?”
Instead of filtering dashboards or exporting spreadsheets, users get immediate, focused answers in natural language with relevant visualizations.
“This is about empowering management and the front lines. By making complex data easily accessible through natural conversation, Analytics AI+ helps facilities professionals drive performance, reduce delays, and get more strategic value out of every workday,” says Jordan Cram, CEO of Enstoa, in a release.
The AI assistant is designed to work alongside analytics tools and dashboards, providing quicker entry points into the data that already exists.
According to a release from FSI, Analytics AI+ marks the beginning of AI functionality within its CMMS platform. “We’re incredibly excited to bring the power of AI to our Analytics platform—transforming how our users surface insights, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new strategic value from their data. This is a major step forward in our innovation journey. Just as important, we’re actively exploring how these cutting-edge AI capabilities can elevate our core CMMS products, and we look forward to sharing more in the months ahead,” says Shawn Hewitt, senior product manager at FSI, in a release.
