This momentum is driven by increased accessibility to smart devices, enhanced broadband connectivity, and the overall maturation of AI technology. As a result, AI-powered chatbots have also established themselves as an integral component in enhancing overall patient experience and health outcomes.

Chatbots offer a significant opportunity in healthcare due to their abilities to streamline communication, provide quick access to information, and offer basic medical assistance. However, their implementation requires caution to ensure accuracy, privacy, and ethical considerations in handling sensitive health data and providing reliable medical information.
