I have an ACUSON X300 ultrasound and I get the message below when I turn on the machine: Reboot or insert boot media in selected boot device and press enter. How do I solve this? Also, how can I enter the bios of the machine? –

The system has lost at least part of the software and is looking for boot tracks on the hard drive and cannot find them. Does the customer have the system software? I am working on getting to the bios but without the software, this will not remedy the problem.
