Welch Allyn shareholders have elected Greg Norden and Craig B. Reynolds to serve on the company’s board of directors.
Norden is currently a director at Human Genome Sciences Inc. He boasts a background in finance and has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the global health care and pharmaceutical industries. He served as senior VP and CFO of Wyeth (formerly American Home Products Corp), prior to Pfizer’s acquisition of Wyeth in 2009. Before joining Wyeth, Norden worked in audit management at Arthur Andersen & Co, where he managed major audit engagements for top corporations.
Reynolds is the chairman of the board of directors of Symmetry Medical Inc. He previously held positions at Respironics Inc, Philips, Healthddyne Technologies Inc, and Puritan Bennett Corp.
