The acquisition expands the company’s network of biomedical service centers and increases its respiratory service locations to seven.

Quality Biomedical announced it has acquired M&M Medical Equipment Repair, adding the company to its national network of biomedical service centers across the US.

The acquisition provides Quality Biomedical with additional original equipment manufacturer service authorizations. According to the company, these authorizations allow for broader service options for clients who manage equipment fleets from various manufacturers.

“The acquisition of M&M is a natural extension of our strategy and brings incremental OEM service authorizations, allowing us to offer even more comprehensive solutions to our customers managing complex, multi-OEM fleets,” says PK Bala, CEO of Quality Biomedical.

The addition of M&M Medical Equipment Repair brings the total number of Quality Biomedical respiratory service centers to seven.

“Quality Biomedical understands our business and will take care of our existing customers while bringing a wealth of technology and operational excellence that will help take our company to the next level,” says Ed Minor, CEO of M&M Medical Equipment Repair.

Quality Biomedical, which is recognized as an Inc. 5000 company, stated it is welcoming all former M&M Medical Equipment Repair customers, employees, and vendors to the organization.
