Medical Technology Associates LLC (MTA) has acquired Stat Biomedical LLC, expanding its biomedical equipment service offerings.

Stat Biomedical provides equipment safety inspections, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair services for medical offices, clinics, and surgical centers. The acquisition adds to MTA’s existing service portfolio and broadens its reach in supporting equipment performance and regulatory compliance.

MTA, headquartered in Pinellas Park, Florida, provides testing, inspection, certification, repair, and calibration services, including work on medical gas systems and controlled environments such as cleanrooms and pharmacy hoods.

Stat Biomedical focuses on inspection, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair services to help healthcare facilities maintain equipment performance and meet regulatory requirements.
